At INMOTION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cutting-edge electronics. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our center, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
